Services
Everything from the leak to the last coat of paint
Five service lines under one company: the emergency plumbing that stops the water, the extraction and drying that follows it, the mold work if it sat too long, the reconstruction that puts the house back, and the same thing again at building scale. Most companies do one or two of those and hand you off for the rest.

Emergency Plumbing
Every job starts by stopping the water. We find the failure, isolate it and repair it, whether that is a burst supply line behind drywall, a failed angle stop under a sink, a slab leak or a sewage backup. Because the remediation van is already on site, the drying starts the same visit instead of days later.

Water Damage
Water moves into drywall, subfloor and framing within hours, and a surface that feels dry can still be soaked underneath. We extract standing water, map how far the moisture actually travelled with meters and thermal imaging, then run air movers and dehumidifiers until the readings say the structure is dry, not until it looks dry.

Mold
Mold needs moisture, and moisture that sat for a few days is usually enough. We inspect, send samples to an independent laboratory rather than reading our own results, and remediate under containment with negative air so nothing travels into the rest of the house. Clearance testing goes back to the lab too.

Reconstruction
This is the part most restoration companies hand off, and the part where homeowners get stranded. We put the house back: drywall, texture, paint, trim, flooring and finish carpentry. One company owns the job from the leak to the last coat, so nobody is arguing about whose scope the repair falls into.

Commercial & Multi Family
Apartments, HOAs and businesses have problems a single family home does not: tenants who need notice, common areas that cannot close, boards that need documentation, and trading hours to work around. We schedule around all of it and produce the paperwork the board or the carrier is going to ask for.

An on-call technician answers, day or night. Both vans are dispatched together, so drying starts on the first visit.
