Emergency Plumbing
Call the number at two in the morning and an on-call technician picks up. Not an answering service taking a message, and not a queue.
Signs you need this
Find your main shutoff now
Before you ever need it, go find the main water shutoff for your house. It is usually out front near the meter, or on the side of the house where the line comes in. Knowing where it is turns a flooded floor into a wet one.
A water heater has its own shutoff on the cold inlet at the top of the tank. A toilet has one behind it near the floor.
A plumbing van and a remediation van roll to every job, so nobody has to be called back out tomorrow.
Why we bring both vans
A burst supply line is two jobs. There is a pipe to repair and there is water already moving into the drywall, the subfloor and the insulation. Every hour between the two is more material that has to come out later.
Sending one company with both crews is not a convenience thing. It is the difference between drying a wall and replacing it.
How the job runs
- 1Call, and shut your main off while we talk
- 2We tell you honestly whether it can wait until morning
- 3Both vans arrive, water gets stopped first
- 4Drying starts the same visit, not on a second appointment
